Meet the Teal & Lime Contributors
Teal & Lime is growing and I want to bring you more wonderful ideas and voices. I chose each of the bloggers below for a unique perspective they offer and the amazing value they can bring to Teal & Lime to build upon a mission to help you Make It Home, Make It You. Each contributor will be sharing one post per month under the same topic, basically creating 8 new series on Teal & Lime. See what they will be writing about below.

Bonnie – Bonnie Projects
Contributing to: Sew Your Decor
Hi, I’m Bonnie from Bonnie Projects! I live outside Washington, DC with my husband, rescue mutt, and come May, our first baby! Our house is a cosmetic fixer-upper, and I’ve been taking it from 80’s to modern, one project at a time. I love decorating, cooking, gardening, crafting, and most of all, sewing. I’ll be sharing a home décor sewing project every month. Don’t worry, I’ll keep the projects accessible for most skill levels!
Michelle – Counting Willows
Contributing to: Home Efficiency
Michelle Schahn blogs at Counting Willows, where she shares about joyfully adding order to a beautiful, chaotic existence. Life can be messy, but it is so joyful. Counting Willows will inspire you to add enough order and organization to make your life run more smoothly and be more enjoyable – without squashing the fun, spontaneous, and precious moments.
Desi – Desi Interior Design
Contributing to: Design Do’s and Don’ts
Desi Creswell, ASID, CID, LEED AP, got her start designing multi-million dollar commercial projects ranging from a National U.S. luxury hotel brand to a prestigious, international university in Saudi Arabia. The one thing these projects all had in common was the need to deliver a consistent luxury brand image across a variety of spaces, often requiring a look and feel that bridged cultures and continents–all while supporting the equally important human and practical needs of functionality and durability. Today, Desi applies that same perspective to the homes of distinguished executives and professionals whose lives are driven by their careers and whose public-facing images are as important as their lifestyle needs at home. Through the interior design experience, Desi helps her clients have a home that tells the story of the lifestyle they’ve always imagined: a story that projects both the image they’ve worked so hard to build and the identity that gives them all they want out of life. Kayla & Justin – Home Coming
Contributing to: Carpenter’s Secrets
We’re Justin & Kayla from Home Coming. As DIY and home bloggers with a lot of love for updating a house on a budget, we firmly believe that having good style doesn’t mean paying top dollar! Justin is a carpenter by day (so he’s handy) and I’m in advertising (so I’m creative), so we’re the perfect team for taking on the task of updating our 1920′s Minneapolis house and taking on some DIY projects along the way. As long time fans and fellow Minnesotan’s, we’re excited to join the Teal & Lime team!
